Toko Pandora
Redesign of the mobile website for Toko Pandora

Toko Pandora
Toko Pandora is an Indonesian takeout restaurant in Hoofddorp. For a project during my studies, I worked for 10 weeks on redesigning their mobile website.
Research
To start this project, I conducted research on the company and its target audience through conversations and interviews. I gathered the insights from these sessions and organized them into a Miro board, clustering the information to create a clear overview.

The key findings from my research were translated into user needs and conclusions.

Concepting
After my research, I tried to translate the findings into a concept. The concept that emerged is called "Putting out the Fire."

This concept focuses on highlighting the importance of service for the restaurant. An example of this is the water dispenser available in the store when the food is too spicy for customers. It is essentially there to "put out the fire" caused by the spiciness.
Design
Once the concept was clear, I created a style tile and a sitemap, among other things. The sitemap provides a clear overview of the website structure, while the style tile serves as a guide for a consistent design. The style is based on the new branding of Toko Pandora.

Before starting the design, I first created a lo-fi prototype with wireframes. From there, I developed hi-fi prototypes in Figma. Before finalizing the design, I went through several iterations by testing and adjusting the design based on the feedback received.
